Ingredients
- 1 oz of mezcal
- 1 oz of genepy
- 3/4 oz of lime juice
- 1 oz of aperol
- 1/2 oz of papaya juice
- 1 sprig of mint
Method
- Add mezcal, Genepy, lime juice, Aperol, and papaya juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until combined.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one ice cube. Garnish with mint sprig.
