St Germain Spritz

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of st germain
- 2 oz of sparkling wine
- 2 oz of sparkling water/club soda
- 1 twist of lemongarnish
Method
- Pour sparkling wine and sparkling water over ice into your glass.
- Top with St Germain.
- Give the drink a good stir.
- Gently twist a lemon peel on top of your drink.
