Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
- 2 oz of whiskey
- 3/4 oz of lemon juice
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup
- 1 count of egg white
- 1 twist of lemongarnish
- 1 count of maraschino cherrygarnish
Method
- Combine whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup in cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with thick cut lemon twist and cherry, if desired.
